HIGH-FIVE PUSHUPS
Partners perform one pushup and then give each other a high-five with their right hand and then their left hand. There are different variations – such as modified pushups on your knees or from a plank position.
PARTNER LUNGES
Lock arms with your partner for stability and work in unison to perform a lunge.
MEDICINE BALL ROTATIONAL TWISTS
Choose the medicine ball that you are comfortable with and twist in an alternating motion with your partner to feel the “good squeeze” in your core.
SQUAT SEESAW
Grab your resistance band and do a squat seesaw. One partner is going to squat at the “bottom” and the other partner is going to raise the band over their head at the “top.”
