ANTI-WRINKLE MASH
Ingredients:
- 1 skinless baked sweet potato
- 1 cup of carrots, cooked
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
Instructions:
- Combine the sweet potato and carrots. Mash well.
- Add the agave and matcha powder and mix well.
- Serve hot.
ANTI-CELLULITE SEAWEED WRAP
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of seaweed powder
- ¼ cup of baby oil
- Water
- 4 drops lavender oil
- Plastic wrap
Instructions:
- Pour seaweed powder in a bowl and add a bit of water until the mixture forms a paste.
- Drizzle in the ¼ cup of baby oil.
- Add four drops of lavender oil, if desired. Mix well.
- Sit in bathtub and gently massage the seaweed mixture into your skin.
- Cover each leg firmly with plastic wrap.
- Lie still for 30 minutes.
- Carefully unwrap your legs and rinse off with warm water.
STRETCH MARKS PEANUT BUTTER TREATMENT
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients together and apply on your stretch marks for 15 minutes before washing it off.
AGE SPOTS TREATMENT
Ingredients:
- ½ cup uncooked brown rice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mix together the above ingredients and blend well.
- Apply the mixture to dry hands.
- Move the scrub around your hands in circular motions on the backs of hands with firm, but gentle, pressure for one to two minutes.
- You can also rub this rice scrub on the palms of the hands to soften calluses.
ACNE TREATMENT
Ingredients:
- 2 baby aspirin
- Water
- Band-Aid
- Plastic bag
Instructions:
- Take two baby aspirin, put them in a plastic bag, and mash them up.
- Then, add a little bit of water to form a paste and apply this paste directly to your blemish.
- Cover the area with a Band-Aid for ten minutes to help the aspirin penetrate skin better.
