Materials
- yarn in different shades
- placemat (straw or beaded)
- embroider needle
- scissors
- glue
Directions
1. Fold placemat in half and glue
2. Place yarn down in the colors you’d like them and start with the middle color
3. Take a bundle of 20 -25 strands and tie a knot in the middle
4. Thread one strand through the base and then tie that strand to another strand tightly to hold the entire bundle in place
5. Repeat with the rest of the bundles
6. To hang on wall, create a knotted loop with yarn and stitch it through the back side
