DIY Wedding Heels

MATERIALS:
- Heels
- Acrylic Paint
- Paint Pen
- Brush
- Craft Glue
- Accessories (decretive gems)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Tape off the edges of your heel.
- Using acrylic paint, add three layers of desired color to bottom of heels.
- Once the paint dries using a pain pen add "I DO" to each heel.
- Using craft glue add desired accessories to heel.
