Supplies:
- Base coat
- Regular polish in the color of your choosing
- Flocking powder from the craft store - available in the scrapbooking section
Directions:
1. Start on clean nails
2. Shape and buff
3. Apply base coat
4. Apply first coat of color
5. Apply second coat of color
6. Before second coat is dry, sprinkle on flocking powder
7. Let dry completely - Do not apply top coat!!
