- Rubber rain boots
- Paint brush
- Paint
- Spray paint

- Basket
- X-acto knife
- Clear varnish sealant

Directions
1. Remove liner from rain boot
2. Drill approximately 5 holes in the bottom of rain boots for drainage
3. Use an X-acto knife to clean up holes/circle
4. Attach boots to basket with drill or hot glue
5. Paint interior of boot using brush
6. Spray paint outside of boots. Let dry.
7. Add clear varnish sealant. (Mod podge spray or crystal clear would work)
8. Attach boots to basket with drill or hot glue
9. Place brick or cinder block under basket to prevent tipping
10. Clip boots together using a binder clip to keep it sturdy
11. Add umbrellas
12. Enjoy!
