- X-acto knife
- Lighting kit
- Mod podge
- Acrylic paint (metalic)
- ribbon
DIY Top Hat Lights - Home & Family
Directions
1) Cut a hole at the top of your hat (should be the size of the base of the lighting kit)
2) Add a layer of Mod Podge to the inside of the hat
3) Paint over the modpodge
4) Add ribbon around the inside edge for a cleaner look
5) Insert lighting kit
6) Screw in light bulb
