DIY Tassel Tops - How-To - Home & Family
Directions:
1. Use chalk to mark the pattern you want on your sweater
2. Start at the bottom with a knot on the inside and work your way up
3. Tie rattail cord to the edge of your tassel
4. Loop the rattail cord at the top and let second side hang at the bottom
5. Tie tassel to the second cord
6. Move each rope tassel up ½ inch to create a v-shape
