Materials:
- Fabric
- Sewing Machine
- Thread
- Elastic

DIY Scrunchies - Home & Family
DIRECTIONS:
-You’re going to take your fabric and cut it into a long strip, around 3 inches x 12 inches.
-Fold it so the inside of the fabric is facing out.
-Sew the side border of your fabric shut.
-It should look like a long tube now.
-Flip the fabric inside out again, so the velvet is facing outside.
-Then you’re going to pull your elastic strip through the fabric.
-Once you’ve pulled it through you’re going to tie the elastic band & glue the scrunchie shut.
