DIY Ruffle Sweatshirt - Home & Family
Directions
1) Cut strips of fabric to desired length and width
2) Fold the fabric and pin to your favorite sweatshirt
3) Using a sewing machine, sew your fabric onto the arms of your sweatshirt (or your preferred area on the garment) down the middle.
Optional: Use fabric glue to glue the ends of the ruffle, base don how much flare you want in the sweatshirt
