Materials
- Food safe fabric
- Scissors
- Embroidery thread/needle
- Awl
- Plastic snaps
- Snap press
Instructions:
1. Cut fabric to desired size and place pattern side down
2. Fold fabric from bottom to top, revealing the pattern, and leaving ¼ of fabric on top for flap
3. Seal both sides of overlapping fabric with a blanket stitch, using embroidery thread and needle
4. Mark where you want to place the plastic snaps on the flap and use an awl to poke a hole
5. Insert the stem of plastic snap through the hole, adding the backing, and securing together with a snap press
6. Install opposite side of plastic snap on the bag where the flap meets when closed
7. Repeat this process for the seconds snap press
8. Cut the corners of fabric on a diagonal to make flap more visible
9. Fill with your favorite snacks and hand-wash when needed!
