DIY Princess Dresses - Home & Family
Steps
1) Take elastic ribbon and measure it around your little girl’s waist
2) Mark where you will tie the sash in the back
3) Cut tulle into 2” wide strips and tie into the holes on elastic ribbon
4) Tie pieces all the way around the sash until you reach the mark
5) The more pieces you tie, the fuller the skirt will be
