Materials for Board

  • 2’ x 2’ plywood
  • 21” 1”x3” beams (x2)
  • L Brackets (x4)
  • Wood Glue
  • Drill (with 1 ¼” Paddle bit & Drill Bits)
  • 1¼” Dowels (1x 24”, 4x 20”)
  • Tee Nuts (x5)
  • Hanger Bolts (x5)
  • Handle
  • Paint

Materials for Rings

  • Rope
  • Hot Glue
  • Tape
  • Paint
  • Velcro
DIY Portable Ring Toss - Home & Family

Directions for Board:
1. Cut 2’x2’ ¾”plywood board
2. Cut 1”x3” boards to 21” length
3. Drill Holes in 1”x3” with 1 ¼” Paddle Bit
4. Pre-drill holes to depth of hanger bolts
5. Hammer in tee nuts
6. Attach 1”x3” to underside of plywood board with wood glue and “L” brackets
7. Cut dowels to 4x21”, 1x24”
8. Pre-drill holes in end of dowels for hanger bolts
9. Screw in hanger bolts into dowels with wrench.
10. With hanger bolts in, twist in dowels into tee nuts
11. Paint

Directions for Rings:
1. Cut rope to size (16”)
2. Hot glue tips
3. Wrap end with tape
4. Paint
5. Attach Velcro loop to underside of board with staple gun
