Directions
1. Using a hot glue gun, apply your glue to one groove of each pencil, as only the edges will be applied to the vase itself. Glue pencils around the entirety of the vase.
2. Measure ribbon to stretch around the vase twice
3. Glue your ribbon to the pencils surrounding the vase
4. Tie ribbon in a bow
