Directions
1. Open up the paper lanterns
2. Cut out a strip of scrapbook paper
3 Glue scrapbook paper around top of lantern
4. Add bow to top
5 Attach fishing wire to the top of lantern so you can hang from ceiling
6. Add battery powered tea light
