Materials

  • Cheap Base Cabinets ($50-$100 Depending On Quality)
  • 3 Sheets 2x4 Plywood, 3⁄4 Inch (One Cut At 3⁄4, With The 1⁄4 Piece Left Over)
  • L Brackets
  • Screws
  • Screwdriver
  • Nails
  • Nail Gun
  • Wood Glue
  • 2 Locking Casters
  • Paint

DIY Mobile Craft Station - Home & Family

Steps

1. Place the cabinet rightside up

2. Add glue to the top of the cabinet

3. Place a 2X4 on cabinet, ends line up with a long side hanging off

4. Nail the 2x4 into place

5. Flip completely over, with the bottom of the cabinet up

6. Add glue to the bottom of the cabinet

7. Place a 2X4 on top

8. Nail the 2x4 into place

9. Add glue to the top of the bottom 2X4

10. Add glue to the top edge of the new 2X4

11. Insert new 2x4 between the two in place

12. Nail into place

13. Measure caster placement

14. Add casters to the bottom of the craft station

15. Measure L Bracket placement

16. Nail L brackets onto short piece of plywood

17. Attach to the top of the craft station
