- Container
- bag
- water
- flameless candle
- nail polish
- skewer
Directions
- Cover base of candle with duct tape (this protects the battery pack)
- Fill container with water
- Pour polish on top of water
- Swirl with skewer
- Dip candle slowly
- Set aside to dry.
- Remove duct tape
