• Scrapbook Paper

• Stamps
• Ink Pad
• Glue Stick

1. Melt candy melts according to package instructions TIP: If using chocolate chips, add coconut oil for a smooth consistency
2. Dip spoons in jar with candy melts that have been melted
3. Add toppings to spoon while still melted.
4. Set spoon down on parchment paper and allow to harden
5. Wrap top of spoon with candy bags and twist off with ribbon

1. Cut scrapbook paper to be a little larger than the paint chip strip on all sides
2. Glue paint chip strip to scrapbook paper
3. Punch a hole at the top
4. Loop tassel through the hole and tie in place
5. Stamp your design on the paint chip strip and allow to dry
