Ken Wingard is taking globes, knife, drill and triple socket light cord and turning them into a working lamp.

Materials

  • Globes
  • Knife
  • Drill
  • Triple Socket Light Cord
DIY Globe Lights - Home & Family

Directions

1) Take globe off stand

2) Trace 6 in. circle on the south pole of globe and cut

3) Trace the size of the socket onto the north pole of globe and cut

4) Attach light socket through the north pole.

5) Optional:

6) Choose one continent and mark a hole-pattern every inch along the border

7) Use a drill to create small holes around the continent, to highlight your choice continent
