Materials

  • 1x4x7 Wood
  • 1x4x4 Wood
  • 1x4x4.75 Wood
  • 4" 1/4” Dowel
  • 7" 1/4" Dowel
  • Wood glue
  • Paint

Direction

1. Cut the top of largest piece of wood into a peak

2. Drill two holes using a 1/4" drill bit: one 3" from peak and one 6" from peak

3. Attach two smaller pieces of wood to the peak to create a roof. Secure with wood glue and nails

4. Add screw eye to top of roof

5. Use a sander to sharpen both ends of the shorter dowel to a point

6. Insert shorter dowel into upper hole, glue in place

7. Insert longer dowel into lower hole, glue in place

8. Paint as desired
