Materials

  • Sheet of plywood
  • 2x4 wood
  • measuring tape
  • clamps
  • pencil
  • screws
  • Ruler
  • Jigsaw
  • Drill
  • handsaw
  • Astro Turf
  • Liquid Nails
DIY Football Toss - Home & Family

Directions

1) Start with full sheet of plywood (4x8 sheet)

2) Cut down to 4x5, leaving 3x4 excess piece

3) Take excess piece, measure and cut angle (this will serve as your base)

4) On 4x5 piece of plywood, begin marking where your circles will be

5) Use jigsaw to drill holes

6) Clamp 2x4 posts to back of plywood, flip over to drill in the front

7) Sand down edges if needed

8) Add angles (from 3x4 plywood) on the outside of 2x4 posts

9) Screw nails in to secure (top, middle, bottom)

1) Using liquid nails, cover project with Astro Turf, for added security secure with nails or staple gun
