MATERIALS:
- Dowels
- Craft paint
- Sponge brush
- Wooden end caps
- Pipe Cleaner
- Felt
- Disk door knob
- Hot glue
- Wood round
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Paint all pieces and let dry
- Once dry begin assembly ( Wood end caps to dowel, etc)
- For Top hat: Take wooden door knob and glue to wood round, once dried glue to head.
- Wrap pipe cleaner around dowel several times, let excess become arms
- Cut paper and hot glue to hands to create song book
- For clothing, cut strip of felt for scarf and with excess material wrap around dowel and glue behind to secure.
