MATERIALS:
- 3 yards of fabric
- 1.5 yards of ribbon
- Measuring Tape
- Scissors
- Safety Pin
- Sewing machine
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lay fabric out on floor (or extra large table)
- Measure hood to 22" x17" (optional)
- Make cape 30"-40" wide and however long you want it. (So 30" x 60" for Orly)
- Hem two side edges and bottom so it's all clean finished.
- Create a 2" casing across the top for your ribbon
- Use a safety pin to pull your ribbon through and gather.
