Materials
- Plastic storage bin with lid
- Piece of mesh screen
- Thin piece of scrap wood apron 1/8” thick and 2” wide
- Utility knife
- 8 machine screws with nuts
STEPS
- Use a utility knife to cut rectangle out of lid of bin
- Cut screen slightly larger than cut opening
- Cut wood into 4 pieces that will frame opening
- Drill holes through wood and into lid in two places on each piece
- Use bolts to sandwich wood and screen to lid
