Directions
1. Take straw purse and weave zip-tie through (Do this in the top two spots).
2. Attach other end of zip-tie to bike rack, pull tight to secure (cut off excess).
3. Weave final zip-tie through bottom of purse and attach to both bungee cord and bike.
4. Tighten to secure.
