Cool Cooking Tool #2: Chef'n Herb Wand
Add flavor to your turkey while you baste it! All you have to do is insert herbs like thyme and rosemary in to your Chef'n Herb Wand. While you baste you will infuse your turkey with the herbs! All you have to do is twist the herbs into place. The long handle helps keep your hands away from the heat, and the knobs at the end of the handle keeps the wand from rolling off of the counter when you set it down. The Herb Wand is top rack dishwasher safe. The price is normally $14.95, but it's currently on sale for $9.99 on William-Sonoma.com!

Cool Cooking Tool #3: No Spill Gravy Separator
You don't need to use multiple utensils to separate meat and poultry juices from fat. And you don't have to be worried about spilling scalding hot liquid onto you hands or legs. Just pour the juices into the No Spill Gravy Separator. The removable strainer separates the liquid from solids. Once the fat rises to the top, you can pour out the liquid from the spout. The spout is positioned low on the separator so you only pour out the liquid. The cup even has cup, ounce, and milliliter measurements. It comes in 2-cup and 4-cup options. The coolest part is you can put it in the microwave, the freezer. You can place it in the oven or stovetop, and it's dishwasher safe. You can find it at Williams-Sonoma.com. The little one is $24.95. The 4-cup is $29.95.

Cool Cooking Tool #4: Prepara Roasting Laurel
The Prepara Roasting Laurel allows you to raise your turkey up so it not only cooks faster, but it also cooks more uniformly by allowing for better heat circulation. Your turkey isn't sitting in it's own fat, so you have a healthier meal, too. You can fit the Roasting Laurel fits in any baking dish or roasting pan. It's made of silicone, so it's oven safe, dishwasher safe, and it's BPA-free. Just make sure you don't stick it in the broiler, microwave, or stovetop. It's $24.95 at Sur La Table.

You can place up to three side dishes along side your turkey and cook it all at once! It's made of stainless steel, and folds up nicely for easy storage. You're going to want to hand wash this one. It's very reasonably priced at $22.00 and you can find it at Williams-Sonoma.com.

Cool Cooking Tool #6: Pie Bird and Ruffled Silicone Pie Crust Shield
These last two go hand in hand. They are the Pie Bird and the Ruffles Pie Crust Shield.
The Pie Bird is a classic way that bakers have ventilated pies for decades. You want to make sure that your pie filling doesn't bubble over and cause soggy crust, and a messy oven. The Pie Bird allows the steam to escape while your pie bakes. And what a cute little vintage design! The Pie Bird is $4.95. The Ruffled Silicone Pie Crust Shield helps protect your crust from burning, as well as preventing the crust from browning before the center of the pie is baked all the way through. Simple slip the shield over the crust edges. Fits any 10 ¾" diameter pie dish. Make sure to hand wash your Ruffled Silicone Pie Crust Shield with simple soap and water. Harsh cleaners or scouring pads will damage it. The Ruffled Silicone Pie Crust Shield is $9.95. Both the Pie Bird and the Ruffled Silicone Pie Crust Shield can be found at Williams-Sonoma.com.
