STEPS:
1. Empty contents of picture frame (take out glass and backing).
2. Place frame face up on table.
3. Place glue in fine tip bottle.
4. Pre-arrange items onto frame as desired.
5. Squeeze glue onto frame.
6. Use pliers to grab items and place on frame.
7. Secure items on top of glue.
