DIY Step Stools Two Ways

DIY STEP STOOLS TWO WAYS MATERIALS:

Paint Dipped Stool:

• Wood stool
• Tape
• Paint
• Paint brushes
• Pencils
• Mod podge

Faux Upholstered Stool:

• Metal stool with screw on seat
• Pillow with opening in the back down the middle (not on side)
• Scissors

DIY STEP STOOLS TWO WAYS INSTRUCTIONS:

Paint Dipped Stool:

1. Using a pencil, mark off where you want the leg to be painted.
2. Tape around the leg where the pencil line is.
3. Paint away from the tape with your chosen color.

Faux Upholstered Stool:

1. Remove the seat from the stool.
2. Slip the seat into the back side of the pillow.
3. Use scissors to cut small holes where the screws are.
4. Place seat on top of the stool and screw in.
