DIY Art Deco Head Wear - Home & Family
Directions
1. Measure the elastic around your head and cut a piece accordingly.
2. Sew closed or use E6000 to create the headband.
3. Try the headband on and decide on your placement for the applique.
4. Next glue or sew the applique in to place.
