Ricotta Semifreddo with Mincemeat & Amaretti
The pastry chef from Craft Los Angeles, Shannon Swindle is in the kitchen making homemade ricotta semifreddo with mincemeat and amaretti cookies. Mincemeat is dried and candied fruit soaked in whiskey and spices.
