The Andrews Twins Cook!

14-year-old twin chefs Lilly and Audrey Andrews are in the kitchen whipping up ranch style potato hash. They are also preparing a citrus salad with balsamic honey and pistachios. The girls say that the Mother’s Day holiday helped influence these recipes. They chose yukon potatoes for their hash because of the flavor and color. The girls explain that cooking is a family activity in their house, but that they also enjoy cooking for their parents when it comes to dinner.

Celebrity trainer Desiree Bartlett has some easy to do exercises for moms, shortly before and after having a baby. Core strength is linked to posture, which explains why poor posture can lead to back problems. She says that plank exercises are a great way to work your core muscles, especially your abs.
