Traveling with Baby
Traveling with Baby
Debbie Matenopoulos recently took baby Alexandra on her first flight! She put together a game plan before traveling to help make things go smoothly, and shares some valuable tips for new parents to help make the trip easier. Ideas include having your baby’s ears checked at the doctor before flying and having the baby suck on a pacifier or bottle for takeoff and landing. Try to pick connecting flights in smaller airports where you won’t need to switch terminals. Leave the stroller at home and opt for a portable baby carrier. Finally, pre-pour out formula powder into small zip lock baggies.
