Rebecca Howe

Kirstie Alley rose to prominence in her role as the neurotic corporate executive Rebecca Howe on the long-running hit TV sitcom Cheers. She went on to star in the movie “Look Who's Talking” with John Travolta, which earned more than $100 million at the box office. She also appeared in the two sequels “Look Who's Talking Too” and “Look Who's Talking Now.” In 1992, she appeared in Prince's video for "My Name Is Prince." Her second NBC sitcom success was “Veronica's Closet.”

Alley has won two Emmy Awards. She was nominated twice for her work on Cheers but did not win the award, but her third nomination in 1991 garnered her the statuette for that series. Alley won her second Emmy for her portrayal of the title role in the TV movie “David's Mother.” In 1997, Alley appeared in Woody Allen's movie Deconstructing Harry. Alley’s films include “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan,” “Blind Date.” And her television credits include “Masquerade” and the acclaimed miniseries “North and South.”

Kirstie Alley has been honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
