Anna Haugh is the fiery, fabulous Irish chef lighting up both kitchens and TV screens with her fresh spin on classic Irish fare. Born in Dublin in 1980, Anna sharpened her knives and her skills at the TU Dublin School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, setting the stage for a globe-trotting culinary adventure.

She’s cooked with the best of the best, from Derry Clarke at Dublin’s L’Ecrivain to Italian maestro Gualtiero Marchesi in Paris, and even led the charge as Gordon Ramsay’s first head chef at London House where she bagged three AA Rosettes in the very first year.

In 2019, Anna opened Myrtle in Chelsea, London a warm and elegant spot named in honor of Irish food legend Myrtle Allen. There, she plates up elegant, Irish-inspired dishes that celebrate top-notch Irish ingredients and nurture new culinary talent along the way.

When she’s not running her restaurant, Anna’s charming audiences on screen. She's popped up on Ready Steady Cook, Saturday Kitchen, and Morning Live, and in 2022 she joined the judges' table on MasterChef: The Professionals, bringing her passion, precision, and signature sparkle to the show.

In 2025, she hit the road for “Anna Haugh’s Big Irish Food Tour” on BBC One Northern Ireland a joyful, 15-part journey through Ireland’s rich food culture. And in 2024, she served up her first cookbook, Cooking with Anna: Modern Home Cooking with Irish Heart, packed with stories, soul, and irresistible recipes.
