Muffin Top & Thuddocks Reducing Frappuccino
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups (500 mL) vanilla coconut milk
  • 1 scoop VegaOne in Chocolate
  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice
  • 1 large, ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) almond butter
  • 1 shot espresso (brewed)
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) cinnamon
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) vanilla

High in Fiber and Protein which boosts metabolism, shrinks muffin top and wards off hunger. The maca in the Vega one helps to thin thunder thighs and regulate hormones. The cinnamon helps to shrink muffin top, and the coffee helps to stimulate metabolism. Plus it’s low calorie – WAY lower than your typical frappuccinos from your favorite coffee shops!
