  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (TS6)
  • 1⁄4 cup cooked and crumbled sausage

Cathy Baker has a simple and delicious recipe using ingredients you already have in your house.


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray

2) Cut the biscuits into 3 or 4 pieces each and lay them in a large casserole dish

3) Beat the eggs with the milk. Toss the bacon, sausage and cheese with the biscuits and pour over the egg mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

4) Bake for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown. Serve Warm
