
Cran-Raisin, Nut, Chocolate and Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup Crisco® butter-flavor shortening OR 1/2 cup butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup cran-raisins
- 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease one large loaf pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda together.
- Cut in shortening or butter with pastry blender.
- Add mashed bananas and eggs.
- Stir in nuts, cran-raisins, chocolate chips or similar ingredients to taste.
- Bake one hour.
