 Sophie Uliano's Essential Oils 101
Sophie Uliano's Essential Oils 101
I've had so many comments recently asking me about Essential Oils, so I thought I'd give you a quick "101" on why I'm obsessed with them, and how they work. I a big "smell" person - just as some people are "visual learners" and others are "auditory learners," I am a "smell-learner"! I think my daughter is too, because I've noticed that from a really early age one of the first things she does when encountering a new product, is to sniff it. It can be anything from a new book/pencil to a new dress - it's scent has got to be checked out! Our olafactory response is way more powerful than most of us realize. The smells we take in from our environment can cave a profound effect on many of our bodily systems, most notably our nervous system.

About Marrying Mr. Darcy
About Marrying Mr. Darcy
Some six months after they first crossed verbal swords at a Washington D.C. dog show, schoolteacher Elizabeth Scott (Cindy Busby) and businessman/philanthropist Donovan Darcy (Ryan Paevey) are blissfully in love and newly engaged. With Donovan in agreement, she looks forward to planning a small autumn wedding with the help of her mother and sister. After Donovan’s previously scornful Aunt Violet (Frances Fisher) makes a heartfelt apology for her past behavior, Elizabeth is glad to include her in the planning process. As the weeks fly by and the arrangements for the wedding grow more elaborate, Elizabeth feels the burden of expectations she will face as Mrs. Darcy. Worse still, Donovan himself is wrapped up in his work and increasingly unavailable to her. Reminded yet again of their tremendous differences in background and temperament, Elizabeth can’t help but ask herself: should she marry Mr. Darcy? Starring Cindy Busby and Ryan Paevey.
