Emily Kinney can currently be seen on Steven Soderbergh’s acclaimed series “The Knick” opposite Clive Owen. She last appeared in a recurring role opposite Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan in Showtime’s “Masters of Sex” and as a series regular on AMC’s hit “The Walking Dead.” Kinney has also guest starred on shows such as “Forever,” “The Flash” and “The Following.” On the big screen she has appeared in Universal’s “It’s Complicated,” directed by Nancy Meyers, and in the independent film “Concussion,” directed by Stacie Passon.
Upon her arrival in New York, Kinney immediately made her Off-Broadway debut in “Iphigenia 2.0” at the Signature Theatre, directed by Tina Landau. On Broadway, Kinney was seen as Anna in the Tony Award-winning Production of “Spring Awakening” and starred opposite Estelle Parsons as Jean Fordham in the First National Tour of “August: Osage County.” Kinney is also a singer/songwriter whose debut full-length album “This Is War” was released this past October and is available on Spotify and iTunes.
