Best known to television audiences as Blake Lively’s stern mother, aka Lily van der Woodsen, in The CW hit “Gossip Girl,” Kelly Rutherford will soon be starring as a series regular in “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists” and have a recurring role in The CW’s “Dynasty.” She is also well known on the small screen as Megan Lewis Mancini in Darren Star’s “Melrose Place.”
Rutherford’s feature film credits include the adventure comedy, "The Stream" with Mario Lopez and Rainn Wilson, "Scream 3," in which she played Christine Hamilton, the action thriller, "The Chaos Factor," and "Swimming Upstream" with Matt Czuchry.
