Ben Savage began his acting career at the age of five. His first major role was in the NBC TV series “Dear John” in 1988, followed by his film debut in Little Monsters. He starred in several television movies and miniseries and in 1993, began playing the lead role of Cory Matthews in the iconic ABC series “Boy Meets World.” After the show wrapped, Savage enrolled in and graduated with honors from Stanford University. He has gone on to guest star in many television series including “Chuck,” “Homeland,” “Without a Trace” and “Bones.” In 2014, he reprised his role as Cory Matthews on the Disney Channel show “Girl Meets World,” where he also served as producer and director. Savage is currently focused on creating and developing television programs. Among his philanthropic efforts, Savage serves on the board of directors of Cancer Free Generation.
