Italian Sausage Stuffed Ravioli
Executive chef of The Belvedere, David Codney is back in the kitchen and this time he is making a delicious Italian dish. He is showing you how to make your own Italian sausage stuffed ravioli with homemade sauce. This dish does not require caramelizing onions, just grilling them until soft. When it comes to cooking the ravioli, they should only need 1-2 minutes in the boiling water, before starting to float.
