Mussels with New Potatoes with Grilled Corn Ragout
Chef Mark Peel is in the kitchen making a delicious dish of mussels with new potatoes and grilled corn ragout. He also adds a rule of of thumb that the best time enjoy mussels is months that have an “r” in them. He adds bacon to the dish because it brings a great smoky flavor to the crustaceans.
