Ricky and Andrea Schroder Interview

Husband and wife team, Ricky and Andrea Schroder sit down with Mark and guest host, Debbie Matenopoulos and open up about the secrets to their happy marriage. They also talk about what it is like raising their four children in the country, surrounded by farm life. Ricky has been staying busy, last year he filmed a war documentary in Afghanistan and most recently, he wrapped up the TV movie, “Coat of Many Colors” pairing him with Dolly Parton. The movie airs December 10th, 9/8c on NBC.


Dr. JJ Cooks!

Dr. JJ is in the kitchen with Debbie cooking up Christmas Pull Apart Bread with cinnamon, vanilla and butter. She warns you ahead of time that this bread takes patience, because you are supposed to let it rest and rise for an hour. If you live in climate that doesn’t allow bread to warm and rise, you can also use a heating pad or blankets.

Clay Walker Performs

The country singer visits Home & Family to talk about life and managing the symptoms of his Multiple Sclerosis. He credits his wife, Jessica to keeping his diet in check and he even has his own organic garden. He also emphasizes the importance of exercise and finding the right medication. Clay has also been staying busy moving into his brand new ranch-style home. After the interview, Clay plays a Christmas song, “All Wrapped Up in You.”

Kristin Smith is joined by her little friends Sidney and Zion as they talk about getting festive for the holidays. Kristin introduces parents to fun websites where they can track Santa’s movement and she also creates a reindeer food bar of oats, raisins, chips, sprinkles and brown sugar.
