The light is keeping your mind more active, when you should be concentrating on shutting down and getting ready to sleep. Some helpful tips include keeping the bedroom cool, using a humidifier and going to sleep at the same time every night.

The gala is now a fundraiser, which helps to benefit the LA Kitchen to feed the older homeless.
