"NORTHPOLE" stars Bailee Madison and Max Charles give us an exclusive sneak peek at their new Hallmark Channel Original Movie! They tell us all about the snowy set and working in Santa's workshop with Robert Wagner, who plays the jolly old man, and Jill St. John as Mrs. Claus. Then, Bailee and Max elf around with Mark and Cristina, helping them make a Northpole sign posted on a candy cane pole.
Cristina educates us on the Italian-American tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, further explaining the significance of the number seven. Today, she focuses on just one of the fish, poached halibut. Cristina shares a simple way to prepare the fish by poaching it in a fruity extra virgin olive oil. Then, she cooks it in a tomato sauce with olives. When Cristina plates the dish, she adds fresh dill, pepper, and a drizzle of more sauce. Leftover sauce is also good to use with linguine, pizza, or to dip bread in.
