Today on "Home & Family" our house becomes an obstacle course when Brian Orosco and members of
Team Tempest show Mark and Cristina the sport of Freerunning. Developed out of the sport of parkour, freerunning combines gymnastics or acrobatics moves to get from point A to point B. Today, Brian and the team show off some of their skills, before getting Mark into the act and teaching him some of the basics of freerunning.
