Sal Masekela
"Red Bull Signature Series" host Sal Masekela is enjoying a safe, calm morning on the "Home & Family" couch, a far cry from his normal day on the job on the action sports circuit. Sal spans the globe covering sporting events and even gets into the driver's seat for some adrenaline-rushing activities. Before his current gig, Sal co-hosted E!'s" Daily 10" alongside Debbie Matenopoulos, so the two pals have a great time reminiscing about the good ol' days. Plus, he is following in his dad Hugh Masekela's footsteps on the music scene.
Sal is an avid supporter of Art Education. He's involved in Art of Craft, which partners high-end artists with affordable one-of-a-kind t-shirts. The coolest part about the t-shirts is that a portion of the sales go back to arts education.
Art of Craft | Limited Edition Products for Great Causes. Designers Todd Snyder (named one of GQ's top men's designers in 2013), Nathan Sawaya, and Jonathan Ward all have shirts. Sal and his dad also have a shirt to benefit Stoked.
"Red Bull Signature Series" airs on NBC. Go to redbullsignatureseries.com for local airtimes.
"The Sound of Alekesam" is available on iTunes. Visit salmasekela.com for more information on his music. Follow Sal on Twitter @salmasekela.

Pregnancy Items & Remedies for 1st Trimester with Kym Douglas
A common side effect of pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, is queasiness. Kym Douglas is here to help Debbie Matenopoulos and other expectant moms alleviate this symptom. She recommends drinking ginger tea with honey for morning sickness. Heightened sensistivity to smells can be treated by eating sweet and sour together. And, avoid permanent stretch marks by rubbing shea butter on your bump. Plus, get the dad-to-be involved with diaper duty by getting him a diaper changing toolbox.

Angeli VanLaanen
Making the 2014 US Olympic Team was no easy task for freeskier Angeli VanLaanen. The freeskiing Olympian flew high in Sochi during the women's frestyle skiing halfpipe inaugural event in Sochi. Not long before the games, Angeli was sidelined for years as she recovered from Lyme disease. She explains why it took so long for her to be accurately diagnosed with the bacterial condition she received from a tick bite. Following three years of intense antibiotics, Angeli is proud to announce she's been in remission for two years now, feels healthy, and is happy to be back in her sport. Plus, Angeli explains the proper way to remove a tick with tweezers.

Cristina gathers fresh herbs from the "Home & Family" garden to make cheese in a solid hour. Today, she mixes goat cheese with fresh milk. Then, she packs and molds the cheese in a cloth to make a chunk. Finally, Cristina adorns the block of cheese with beautiful, edible flowers.
Celebrity interior designer and lifestyle expert Jennifer Adams has transformed the "Home & Family" dining room simply by applying a new coat of paint. Pulling color inspiration from an orchid Mark photographed, Cristina requested yellow walls. Jennifer selects a bright and vibrant shade of yellow called pineapple mousse from Clark + Kensington that even comes with a built-in primer. Now that the walls are so lively, Jennifer will help us shop our home to make our old furniture new again.
