Pear and Lemon French Toast Bake

Cristina Cooks a Pear & Lemon French Toast Bake
Cristina impresses the family with this recipe for pear and lemon French toast bake. It's a great breakfast or dessert to serve to large groups of people. It can even be prepared ahead of time and baked the day of your gathering. Cristina suggests what kinds of breads are best for this dish. She also recommends using Eggland's Best because the brand doesn't contain hormones, plus it has extra antibodies and Omega 3's. Cristina includes cinnamon as another ingredient, which acts as a superfood. To top it off, you can serve with powdered sugar, ice cream, maple syrup, or yogurt.
