Actor Richard Brancatisano tells us about his role on the new series "Chasing Life." On the show, he falls for his co-worker who is a young journalist diagnosed with leukemia. The storyline and a personal connection to cancer has inspired Richard to join the bone marrow registry and he is encouraging others to follow suit. He also tells us how a guitar teacher got him involved in acting. Next, Richard takes control of our kitchen to share his grandmother's recipe polpette (meatballs) in pomodoro sauce.

Actor and author Dwier Brown slides into "Home & Family." The "Field of Dreams" star is excited to celebrate the film's 25th anniversary with a cast reunion and screening on the Iowa ballfield the movie was shot. Dwier takes us back a quarter century when he was coping with the loss of his father during filming and how production worked around a dire drought. Realizing the impact "Field of Dreams" has on fans, he was prompted to pen a memoir titled, "If You Build It," an iconic line from the movie. Then, he heads out to the backyard to "have a catch" with Mark.
Dwier Brown's new memoir, "If You Build It…A Book About Fathers, Fate, and Field of Dreams," is available wherever books are sold.
Actress Anne-Marie Johnson tells us how she drew from personal experience to take on the role of a woman in the final stages of pancreatic cancer for her guest spot as Taye Diggs' wife on "Murder In the First." Then, she lightens the mood and she introduces us to plants that naturally attract hummingbirds and butterflies to our garden.

It can even be prepared ahead of time and baked the day of your gathering. Cristina suggests what kinds of breads are best for this dish. She also recommends using Eggland's Best because the brand doesn't contain hormones, plus it has extra antibodies and Omega 3's. Cristina includes cinnamon as another ingredient, which acts as a superfood. To top it off, you can serve with powdered sugar, ice cream, maple syrup, or yogurt.
