Kellie Martin
Actress Kellie Martin talks about mastering the sport of figure skating in a time crunch for a role. She got to tap back into that skill set when she laced up and hit the ice in the Hallmark Channel Original Movie "The Christmas Ornament," co-starring Cameron Mathison. Though it was a brutally hot summer in Canada when she shot the holiday movie, Kellie got in the spirit thanks to her costumes. She shares her favorite family tradition of baking cookies for Santa with her daughter. Plus, Kelly shows us some toys her little girl handpicked.

Cristina Cooks Summer Sauce
Tomatoes are in season July and August, so harvest your crop this summer to last all the way until the winter holidays. Cristina shows us how to make sauce using tomatoes freshly picked from the "Home & Family" garden. Then, she demonstrates how to sterilize jars before sealing the sauce air-tight for safe longterm storage in our pantry.
Selfies with Mark
But first, let me take a selfie! Group selfies, or rather "usies," are a fantastic way to create lasting holiday memories. But, sometimes our arm just isn't long enough to squeeze all our friends and family into the frame. Mark has a solution with a monopod selfie stick that extends the reach for a wider shot. He also introduces us to a Bluetooth clicker to snap the pic. And, there's a fun fisheye lens iPhone attachment, plus consider putting a black and white or sepia tone filter for a more antique feel. The monopod selfie stick is available for $15-50 at your local electronics store and the selfie clicker costs $20.
Gift Wrapping with Mark & Cristina
Do as Cristina does and take advantage of some great July sales. Once you've gotten the bulk of your holiday shopping done, learn the hottest gift wrapping trends. Hallmark shares their trade secrets, revealing their vision boards. This Christmas, it's all about mixing metallics in a multicultural way. Elegant reds and greens are also trending on packages. A mid-century modern feel is also very in. Then, Mark skips the whole wrapping paper thing, opting to instead stuff a gift bag with festive tissue paper.
